Flip Lite
The Flip Lite is the ultimate flexible space. This open-plan expandable unit serves as a high-end garden office, creative studio, hunting cabin, or pool cabana. Optimized for light and openness with floor-to-ceiling glazing options. Includes mandatory insulation upgrades for Northern climates at no extra cost.
Flip Mini
Our most compact residential module, the Flip Mini, provides a complete living solution in a smaller footprint. Perfect for backyard ADUs or guest suites where space is at a premium. Northern Community ready with free insulation upgrades.
Flip Mix
The Flip Mix is our largest single-unit configuration, offering a full 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan. Designed for families and primary residency, it provides expansive living and dining areas with the same rapid deployment technology. Northern Community insulation included.
